Spotted Jessy Johnson, designer, and Baltimore, MD native! She sported a black maxi dress with ruffle detail. She paired it with a blue denim jacket with silver hardware. She says, “ A denim jacket can make a plain dress like this not so average”. Jessy accessorizes this look with stacked bracelets and sexy patent strappy heels.
